Shipping options

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on speed and destination. Standard, 2-day, and overnight options are available; every order includes full tracking and shipment protection.

  • Standard — reliable ground delivery with tracking
  • 2-Day — faster delivery when you need it sooner
  • Overnight — fastest option, next business day

Processing time

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day may ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next business day.

  • Cut-off time: 2:00 PM ET
  • Business days: Monday – Friday only
  • Federal holidays observed

Secure packaging

All lyophilized compounds are cushioned and protected for safe transit in sturdy shipping boxes. Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable for shipping.

Order tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships, with shipped and delivered notifications and real-time tracking through the carrier.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (extended transit times may apply). International shipping is not yet available.
